1) ONLINE APPOINTMENT FACILITY
• We have an online Appointment Facility in which the Users can easily book an Appointment with the Builder/Agent of the Property that they are interested in, through our portal itself.
• We also have an automated Appointment System in which prior to the Appointment the system automatically sends a SMS to both the concerned parties reminding them about the Appointment that they have.
2) RATING OPTION FOR BUILDER
• Property Values are soaring to the sky these days, and obviously nobody wants to commit their hard-earned money to any Builder, without having full knowledge about their Track-Record.
• So we have a Rating Option on our Portal that faciliates other users to rate that particular Builder (on the basis of their past association with him/her).
• So that, the other Users who are New or who don’t have any idea nor Knowledge about that particular Builder can assess his Track-Record (on our Portal, itself) through the very best medium, that of past associations with him with other people.
• In case that particular Builder lacks on some fronts
Like his property is not BDA-Approved, or
Some Legalities are missing or
If he over-books Flats
Doesn’t Deliver the Property on Time
The Quality of the Property is not Good
Then the User can get to know it without jeopardizing his money with that Builder.
• This option is not present on the other Real Estate Portals. It is Unique to our Portal and is a very useful feature in preventing mishaps later on, with the Builder due to lack of Knowledge.
3) RATING OPTION FOR PROPERTY
• There are so many Properties that are already present and so many that are launched every day.
• It is so difficult for any User whether a Buyer/Renter to decide which property is best suited to his needs.
• A person, who is staying in that property or has an idea about it, is the best person to be consulted before committing on that Property.
• So we have a Rating Option on our Portal that facilitates other users to rate that particular Property (on the basis of their past association with that property, whether they lived there or they are still living there).
4) DISCUSSION FORUMS/BLOGS
• We have Discussion Forums and Blogs that help the Users to get ideas and trends about the Real Estate market in General.
• And the Users can also know about the particular Property that they could be interested in.
• If some person wants to invest in some Property in some other city than the one he is presently living in, then he would need to know about the Real Estate Trend in the cities he is interested in.
• For this he can post his query in our Blogs or Discussion Forum and soon knowledgeable people from that area can guide him in his endeavor.
5) CUSTOMIZED MARKETING
• We have a huge Database of people that ranges from CEO’s, COO’s to Software Engineers and Doctors, i.e. our Database traverses through all rungs of society from the Top-Notch to the Middle-Class.
• This huge Database will help us in showcasing the exact Relevant Property to the exact Relevant Person.
• There exists no point in showing a 1 Crore Property to a person who is interested in a 20 Lakhs Property.
• Similarly there is no point in showing a 20 Lakhs Property to a person who is interested in a High-End Address.

• Like all our other features, we have customized our Loan section also.
• A particular User who is staying in some “X” Locality would obviously want to take up a Loan from the Bank which has a Branch in the “X” Locality only.
• He would not be interested in going to a “Y” Locality Branch of that Bank.
• So we have customized our Loan Feature exactly on this model.
• When any User registers on our Portal, then he mentions the Locality he stays in.
• From this Locality only, we track down the Bank’s Branch in that Particular Locality and the User can hence, get in direct touch with the Bank’s Representative either through,

They can even fix a Face-To-Face Meeting with each other too.
7) SUB-USER FACILITY
• We have a Sub-User Facility especially for Agents/Brokers, in which the Agent can buy a License for their Agency and create various Sub-Users who can log on to the Portal and access it.
• We have 2 types of Access Permissions that we can give to the Sub-User.

Use Subscription
• It is the Agent’s wish to give what type of Permissions to his Sub-Users whether he wants them to just have the Permission to “Post Property” and/or “Use Subscription”
• In this section only, we have another useful sub-section that helps the Agents to Manage his Sub-Users, i.e.
He can add/delete Sub-Users as per his requirement
He can change Access Permissions for the Sub-Users, depending on his requirement
He can change the Sub-Users Passwords.
He can change the Sub-Users Registered Email ID’s too.
8) LIVE-CHAT OPTION

• We have a customizable common City-Wise Chat Room, in which the Users present in that particular city can interact with each other.
• An User residing in Trivandrum, would not be interested in knowing the Real Estate trends in the NCR Region, hence we developed the City-Wise Chat Rooms.
